CPM Bodrum is here to ensure that your property is inspected regularly and also takes responsibility to report the upcoming problems before they grow too big and too expensive. They also offer you effective and economic solutions. Below we will see our standart property management package which is designed to ensure your property receives the level of care necessary for anxiety-free holiday home ownership.

The package detailed below can be added to for a tailor made service. Please feel free to contact us regarding your specific needs, requirements and costings.

  • Key holding
  • Regular property inspections (once a forthnight)
  • Visual check out of the interior and exterior of the property
  • Check the bathrooms, toilets, sinks etc. against any leaks to prevent
  • Check the windows and door frames in the winter against water leaks
  • Air all the rooms once a forthnight
  • Visual check of the interior against pests and vermins
  • Check and examine all the furniture and electrical appliances for damage or failure
  • Check all security services and devices to be operational
  • Water all houseplants (Only if the water source is available)
  • Controlling and handing over the inventory to a guest on arrival and re-controlling inventory with the quest on departure
  • Provide a monthly report with photographs and checklists along with any recommendations of possible actions to be taken (Reports will be sent by e-mails for time saving and quick action)
  • Key delivery and collection services for owners
Standart Management Package Price is only
 
£45 per month

To start managing a property we prepare a full list of inventory of the property which will be subject to any rental or insurance issue. (The inventory updates will be done on regular security and inventory checks.) If rental contract is also signed, we will make your guests familiar with all appliances, locks, alarms, etc.

During the regular inspection courses every forthnight, there may be various maintenance or repair situations. We are responsible to notify you immediately and will be happy to provide you with our own competitive quotations.

CPM Bodrum will only take responsibility for the property or any of it's contents when we are sole key holders. Clients have to declare Care Property Management as the official key holder by a signing a contract to purchase our Management Package.

Should the owner arrange for any maintenance or repair work directly with the contracters and wish us to provide keys, then we must have written authorisation to do so. Then we are unable to take responsibility for its contents. 
 
It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the property and it’s contents are properly insured. If your insurance policy is taken out via our agency, any case of damage subject to insurance policy will be followed by us as a part of our management package.
 
The clients are responsible to provide us with a valid e-mail address and an emergency contact number at all times day or night.
